Whilst studying and achieving a diploma in Professional Cookery.
I then decided to move away and work for Tommy Banks at his Michelin star restaurant 'The Black Swan at Oldstead'.
I enjoyed every minute of working there, and it's where I fell in love with foraging for natural ingredients and delivering bespoke and intimate dining.
I want to impress my clients with incredible food and unforgettable memories.

Whilst continuing with my range of Home boxes, which can now be purchased nation wide.
Its a great way to dine without having to go out, with minimal cooking and maximum enjoyment!
During COVID - 19, we began creating 'At Home' boxes.
These are a range of different dishes which have all been prepared and cooked to a certain stage by myself.
